got heats today!!!! i was in the 4x400m relay and we got LAST!!! i am so sad lah.. we did our best le but it was short notice so didn't hav to time to prepare for it then nv run as gd as we could hav.. but it is over so cannot get to upset about le.. hav to MOVE ON =)

oh yah.. i would really like to thank a lot of ppl like:
-yuying, vanida, dawn-----they came to queenstown stadium in the rain to cheer for us.. really helped.. THANKS YUYING, VANIDA AND DAWN YOU THE BEST!!! when they reached, they were drenched!
-michelle, louise, limei-----they did there outmost best and ran for the relay... DUN WRY, WE CAN DO MUCH BETTER NXT TIME... if there is a nxt time :DDD
-teachers and seniors-----they cheered for us and wished us gd luck before the race and that really gave us the confidence to run for the house.. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

i feel like this is speech leh.. lols... today my sis bdae also so going to celebrate for her.. gonna hav very nice "buffet"... lols.. HAPPY BDAE DENISE!!!! xD
